The Business is called Fresh Footwear. The main opportunity (problem) being that there is a certain stigma towards crocs, even though they feel like you're walking on a cloud. My solution is to make a crocs shoe with heely's wheels so that you can cruise in comfort. This will make crocs cool again and bring me a lifetime of riches. You're welcome America.
I sensed your opening scene was inspiration of D'Angelo (Will Ferrell) from The Office? Haha. Well done elevator pitch! The idea is pretty unique. I like the humor/enthusiasm with this pitch, that's how it's done! You got right to the point and did not oversell or talk about the details too much. You were professional and nailed this pitch! This is one of those ideas that seems crazy, but usually those are the ones that work! Well done!
I really liked that you incorporated humor into your elevator pitch. It caught my attention and was well delivered. Just make sure to be careful when including humor because you don’t want to unintentionally offend someone. You presentation was professional and precise. The only thing I would say you need to work on is trying to fill up more of that 90 seconds. Great job!
I like your overall presentation and idea. You hit all of the necessary points, however it would have been nice to hear more about the pricing of the shoe and how you would effectively target the market you have identified, since you had some time left. Although, it was definitely a good foundation to expand on your idea.
I like your humor but it might be offensive to some, especially when mentioning that Europeans are weird. Although I understand that your pitch is not an idea that you would actually pursue, just remember that getting buyers isn't by alienating people. Overall, you are really well spoken. Think about your body movement when speaking because it was a litle distracting watching you sway back and forth.
Beau, that was a pretty humorous pitch that made me want to watch to see what you had to say. Combining Crocs and Heely's is a good concept, but I would only purchase those as a novelty gift or maybe for my 9 year old daughter who could bling the Crocs out in her own style. Maybe you can add some sort of accessories in addition to the wheels.
